The material contained in Benchmark’s offering memorandums is furnished for the sole purpose of considering and evaluating the purchase of the opportunity and shall not be used for any other purpose.  Information in offering memorandums should not, under any circumstances, be photocopied or disclosed to any third party without the written consent of the owner, Benchmark Investors Group, or its subsidiary Benchmark Development Services (“Benchmark”).

Neither Benchmark nor the owner make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of the information nor shall be relied upon as a promise or representation as to the future representation of the Property.  Benchmark openly cooperates with other advisors, agents, and brokers and may periodically include their listings in our inventory and subsequent information regarding the listing which Benchmark claims no ownership of such work product.

Offering brochures may include certain statements and estimates with respect to the opportunity which may or may not be proven to be correct, and there can be no assurance that such estimates will be achieved. Further, Benchmark and the owner disclaim all liability for representations or warranties, expressed or implied, contained in or omitted from offering memorandums, or any other written or oral communication transmitted or made available to the recipient. The recipient shall rely solely on those representations and warranties that may be made in any final, fully executed, and delivered purchase agreement with the owner. The recipient of offering memorandums shall not look to the owner nor Benchmark or any of their officers, employees, representatives, independent contractors, or affiliates, for the accuracy or completeness thereof.   Recipients of offering memorandums are advised and encouraged to conduct their own comprehensive review and analysis of the opportunity.

Offering memorandums may or may not include a buyer premium fee payable to Benchmark by the buyer at closing.   This fee and any other information contained in offering memorandums is subject to change without notice.
